The 3M™ Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope combines auscultation with amplification and ambient noise reduction for next-level performance and ease of use. Its proprietary ambient noise reduction technology eliminates, on average, 85% of distracting background noises, without filtering out critical body sounds. Record and analyze body sounds and review them by attaching sounds to medical records, or review them online with colleagues by transmitting the sounds using Bluetooth® technology software (sold separately).

The 3M™ Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope provides extra listening power for the faintest of sounds, helping medical professionals accurately assess and diagnose their patients with confidence. It records up to twelve 30-second tracks which can be immediately heard through the stethoscopes patented snap-tight, soft-sealing ear tips. Sound recordings can also be transferred wirelessly using Bluetooth® technology software to your PC and onto a consulting colleague or an electronic patient record. Comfortable and surprisingly lightweight, the sleek and sophisticated 3M™ Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope amplifies 24 times the sound level compared to a standard 3M™ Littmann® Cardiology™ Stethoscope. Listen more carefully to a variety of sound frequencies at half or full speed; in bell, diaphragm, or extended range modes after they are recorded. The 3M™ Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope offers optimal comfort for patients during physical assessment due to its non-chill rim and polymer composition. Next-generation tubing is not made with natural rubber latex and does not contain harmful phthalate plasticizers.
